All experience levels are welcome! Whether it’s your first Kundalini Yoga class or your hundredth, I will guide you every step of the way.

What do I need for an in person class?

Comfortable clothes, a yoga mat or even a chair! Most of the sessions can be done with variations from a comfortable seat. For in person classes, please check the class description as some equipment is provided for you but you are welcome to bring anything that makes you feel extra comfortable.

Can I access on demand classes?

Yes, you have 24/7 access to all on demand sessions within The Sanctuary Membership.

Do I need to have my camera on for live online sessions?

No - There is no pressure! However, you may want to once you start to get to know the community!

Can I book a private yoga session or group yoga class?

Absolutely! I offer tailored sessions for individuals, groups, workplaces, or special events. Follow this link to arrange a tailored session or event.

What happens at a yoga retreat?

A day of gentle Kundalini yoga, meditation, nature, connection and nourishment and sound healing. All designed to leave you restored.

Do I need experience for a Yoga retreat?

No experience is needed - all practices are beginner friendly and adaptable.

Can I try a class before committing?

While I do not offer free trial sessions, you can purchase an online membership and cancel at anytime - this allows you to fully experience the Kundalini yoga practice and its effects.

How long are live online sessions?

Online sessions are usually around 60 minutes once a month to connect with the community.

Are your yoga classes & retreats suitable for men?

All classes are open to everyone. Yoga retreats may vary - some are specifically designed for women and divine feminine energy, which will be clearly stated in each retreat/class description.
