Join me for a Sound Bath, a space where you can rest, soften, and be gently held by sound.

Wrapped in blankets and loving awareness, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, heart‑opening and shamanic drums, gongs, and chimes.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, guided meditation where sound and vibration support the body in slowing down and letting go.

What to expect:

As the sounds wash over you, the vibrations help calm the nervous system and guide the body into a state of deep rest and restoration — a place where healing can happen naturally.
