November Nest Retreat 2026

Terms and Conditions and Participant Agreement

6th–9th November 2026

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Payment

Your place on the November Retreat is confirmed once your deposit has been paid and payment plan via GoCardless has been successfully set up.

Where third-party payment providers are used the credit agreement is between you and the provider. Your retreat place remains subject to these booking terms.

2. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

• You remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

• Missed or failed payments may result in your retreat place being cancelled and amounts already paid being retained.

• Payment plans do not create any additional cancellation rights beyond the refund policy below.

3. Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)

All retreat payments are non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• change of mind

• personal circumstances

• illness or injury

• travel disruption

• inability to attend for any reason

If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person. This is subject to written approval and the replacement guest completing all required forms.

If your place can be filled from the waiting list, a discretionary refund (minus a £50 admin fee) may be offered. This is not guaranteed.

You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel and event insurance.

4. If the Retreat Is Cancelled or Changed by the Host

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered:

• a full refund of monies paid or

• the option to transfer to a future retreat

The organiser is not responsible for external costs incurred, including travel, insurance, or accommodation booked separately.

Minor adjustments to the schedule, facilitators, or activities may occur if required and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Health & Personal Responsibility

By attending, you confirm that:

• you are physically and mentally able to participate

• you will inform the organiser of any relevant health conditions

• you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during the retreat

All practices are invitational and you are expected to work within your own limits at all times.

6. Conduct & Retreat Environment

This retreat is designed to be a calm, supportive and respectful space for all women attending.

Participants agree to:

• behave respectfully towards other guests and the venue

• follow all reasonable guidance given during the retreat

• be mindful of noise levels, particularly in the evenings

Excessive alcohol consumption, intoxication, smoking or behaviour that disrupts the experience of other guests is not permitted.

The organiser reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refund will be given in this situation.

7. Travel Insurance

You are responsible for arranging your own travel and insurance. This is strongly recommended.

8. Agreement

By proceeding with payment (including GoCardless), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and refund policy.
